Tyler studied Finance and Management, earning his degree from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. He is an avid sports fan - you can find him cheering on the Spiders at most basketball & football games, or on the golf course.

Stephany D. Hanshaw

Stephany is a proven results-oriented leader and trusted professional with ability to develop/maintain organizational mission and vision. He has excellent ability to lead highly technical and diverse work teams in a fast-paced changing environment. He is an experienced engineer with demonstrated successful program leadership and management ability.

In 1987, Stephany graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Stephany is also a savvy real estate investor with over 20-years of successful experience. In 2000, Stephany began his real estate investment career at the urging of a relative who later became his business partner. During the past 20 years, he has bought, sold, renovated, rented, financed and leased many properties, creating a great real estate investment portfolio.

Craig Hannon

Craig Hannon brings to the team more than 19 years of experience focusing on operations strategy and analytics. He has an affinity for taking on the biggest challenges facing clients and delivering superior results.

Craig is an experienced business leader, with more than 20 years of experience focusing on operations strategy and analytics working in financial services, public sector, and manufacturing. Craig excels in process and departmental transformation, highly analytical roles, and strategic planning. He has experience leading teams of analysts in a variety of work environments and through a series of challenging times. He is adept at analyzing complex data and structuring the findings into actionable plans.

Craig earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and his MBA from Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. He resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Heather and their four children.

Morgan Hutter

Morgan has 15+ years of experience in non-profit organizations, higher education, and project management. She has deep experience in large-scale event management, relationship cultivation, board development, and a strong focus on strategy, processes, procedures, and change management.

Morgan has held a variety of executive leadership positions with William & Mary, the United States Golf Association, the Hampton Roads Sports Commission and most recently served as the Interim Executive Director for The Woman’s Club in downtown Richmond.

A total team player with a contagious positive energy and “get it done” mentality, Morgan can work well with others or completely autonomously. A Division I collegiate athlete and currently the assistant varsity girl’s lacrosse coach at St. Catherine’s, Morgan received her BS in Psychology and Sociology from William & Mary and her MS in Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Don Kierson

As a leader, manager, consultant, and educator, Don has consistently delivered superior results in diverse organizational settings. He is an experienced strategist and tactician with proven ability to find and navigate the critical path to goal attainment. Organizations served during numerous engagements include government, higher education, non-profit, healthcare, banking, investments, consumer goods, agribusiness, industrial equipment, staffing, property management, entertainment, furniture, and pharmaceuticals.

His primary interest is strategic focus, with emphasis on aligning organizational and technological strategies. He has significant experience with technology projects including project management and project rescue. His communication skills are exceptional as is his ability to work with diverse audiences to address shared objectives.

Don has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in the management sciences at several universities. Educational credentials include an MBA from the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, a B.A. in Business Management from the Mary Baldwin College Adult Degree program, an A.A.S. in Human Resources Management from the University of Richmond, and an International Business Certificate from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Quinn Lemler

Quinn excels at understanding customer needs. He is attentive to detail and has excellent relationship management skills. He is passionate about the customer experience and goes above and beyond to ensure communications are clear. A strength of Quinn’s is conducting research to better understand his customer. He is a problem solver and enjoys analyzing complex situations and distilling information to cut through the noise and reach a mutually agreeable decision. He can quickly diagnose issues and problem solve to present an implementable solution. In his free time, Quinn enjoys mountain biking and being in the outdoors.

Jeff Marshall

Jeff is an innovative, team-oriented business executive with a consistent record of creating business value through people management and process development for over 25 years. With a senior business management skill set in combination with business and operational analysis foundations, Jeff has an extensive track record of tackling ambiguous business problems/initiatives, framing them, and taking ownership of implementing solutions. Jeff delivers tangible results by bringing a healthy blend of strategic focus and intense detail orientation, a consensus-based approach to management, and a leadership style that focuses on open communication, relationship building, trust, and collaboration.

Jeff holds a BA from the University of Richmond and a Master of Banking Certification from Louisiana State University. An active member of the community, he served on the board of a local non-profit organization, Habitat for Humanity, for several years. Additionally, Jeff was a Deacon at Hope church from 2013-2016. Jeff and his wife, Lisa, have 4 very active children at home.

Brenda Peppers

Brenda is an innovative, energetic leader with a superior customer orientation, and a reputation for driving exceptional results on strategic initiatives. An engineer by trade, she brings over 25 years of experience in initiating, organizing, and managing large-scale transformations across people, processes, and technology.

Brenda has led large scale IT and process transformations in a range of industries including financial services, insurance, healthcare, public sector and non-profit. She is a seasoned management consultant and executive advisor with significant experience in business strategy, analysis, and transformational leadership, as well as, program and portfolio management, and process improvement across large scale operations.

Brenda earned her BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Dakota State University and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Richmond Robins School of Business. She is a Six-Sigma practitioner and is a certified Master Black Belt and Black Belt issued through General Electric.

Greg Urquhart

Greg is an innovative business development leader, with more than 20 years of experience in the strategic management and marketing of intellectual property. Greg has expertise in analytics, sales, strategic partnerships, financial management, and product development. In his early career, Greg helped guide the prestigious journals Science and Nature through their digital transformations, and then headed up business and product development for the innovative publisher Alexander Street Press before heading out on his own in 2014.

Greg is the founder of UPG Media, which provides media production, distribution, and consulting services for clients across a variety of industries, including healthcare, military, and publishing. Greg is also Founder and Managing Director of Mental Health Academy, the world’s leading provider of online continuing education for counselors, psychologists, and social workers.

Greg earned his BA in English and Philosophy from Mary Washington College, and his MBA from Georgetown University.

Kim Bartholomew

Kim is an innovative, energetic leader with a superior customer orientation, and a reputation for driving exceptional results on strategic initiatives. She brings over 45 years of Government experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. She has experience in initiating, organizing, and managing complex and long-range planning efforts. She has created processes to implement several large-scale transitions. She has significant experience with accounting principles, financial and cost analysis, financial reporting, program compliance, auditing, contract administration and inventory management as well as in emergency response.

Kim enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that comes with finding a solution. Kim has extensive training in Government Accounting Standards Board, Contract Administration and Ethics, Conflicts of Interests Act, and Financial Management and Compliance.

Kim and her husband Wayne have been married for for 31 years and they have 2 Children. She enjoys spending time with family, baking, gardening and crafting.
